These gentle Thursday sessions are designed for children who enjoy quiet, calm time and would benefit from learning simple relaxation techniques in a nurturing environment.
The focus will be on relaxation, breathing, mindfulness, imagination and calming activities. There will be a little gentle movement. The emphasis is on helping children feel safe, settled and relaxed.

Suitable for children aged 7 to 10 who like calm, quiet activities and benefit from a slower pace. Particularly supportive for children who may feel anxious, overwhelmed or need time to relax and reset.
