Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, soft chimes and gong, my sound healing sessions offer a deeply restorative experience- an invitation to pause, soften and allow the soundscapes bathe your nervous system. Designed to fit naturally into everyday life, the sessions offer a consistent place to unwind, balance and reset.
Whether you’re feeling tired, burned out, or simply welcome an opportunity to reset as part of your week, many people describe the experience as deeply calming, nourishing and restorative, and something they enjoy returning to regularly.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a guided relaxation, before moving into an immersive sound bath. Simply lie down, get cosy and listen as the sounds gently unfold around you. There’s nothing you need to do and no experience required just space to quiet the mind and encourage a deeply restful state.
People often attend sound baths to:
• reduce stress and physical tension
• calm a busy or overactive mind
• support rest and recovery, whether on a rest day or after exercise
• support better sleep
• create a sense of balance and ease
• enjoy a much needed peaceful pause from busy, every day lives
Each experience is unique, and each session offers something slightly different.

Weekly sessions on Thursdays from 10.30-11.30 at Burpham Wellbeing Yurt
(please note that the start time for this session is 10.30, not 9.30 as stated in the Burpham wellbeing calendar)
Yoga mats and pillows are provided
Please bring a blanket, cosy socks and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis
